Questions school owners ask

Do my customers need to download anything?

No. Visitors fill out a simple booking form on a page you share — nothing to install, and MoujLink captures the request for you the moment it's submitted.

What happens after a customer submits a request?

It lands in your Requests inbox and you're notified by email. You accept or decline — accepting matches it to an open lesson (or creates one) and sends the customer an automatic confirmation email.

Can I keep using my own website?

Yes — MoujLink isn't a replacement for your website. You just point your "Book now" button at your MoujLink booking link.

Does my instructor need to do anything?

Once you accept a request, the lesson appears on the instructor's own schedule right away. After the lesson, they mark it finished or cancel it — that status stays current for everyone.

What does it cost after the beta?

We'll publish pricing before anyone is charged, and beta schools get the first season at the price they joined on. Nothing switches on without you agreeing to it.
